Poor quality: my feedback

I was so excited to get this sweater for my son for Christmas gift but when I received it he came ripped from the wrist to the elbow.
So I couldn’t give to him so I Exchanged it to give it to him for his birthday the following month but it came again ripped. So disappointed.
