Folks, I'm not going to sit here and beg you to buy this or write a long book (although I could) on why this protein powder is worth the money. You just need to know that I've been suffering from some pretty horrific stomach issues for almost a decade that have yet to be diagnosed. I love to work out but muscle growth has been negligible despite training so long and hard and since my diet is not very balanced in terms of macronutrients I knew protein was needed. I've tried whey, pea, egg, caesin, rice, soy, and collagen protein powders, but they all upset my stomach in one form or another, so I was quite skeptical when I found out about pumpkin protein, given my story with it . protein powder but I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this powder. It blends well into my smoothie every day and hasn't given me any stomach problems so far and I'm almost done with the first bag. Even though it's a bit overpriced compared to other powders, I think it's worth the money. I haven't noticed too much "gain" yet, but I find that I'm someone who builds muscle slower than most (due to low testosterone) so I'll continue to lift weights and supplement with this powder until I get into it am able to get more whole foods. Protein! I will be ordering more and praying that this company stays consistent with the product for people like me who want to enjoy the benefits of a light dose of extra protein but often don't have options due to medical reasons.
