I have had this printer stand for 4 months and I am very happy with the construction and black color. I have not had any problems with paint smell or parts not fitting. I will buy another for my other printer. I use a desktop HP combo model photosmart 5515 and the stand is about 25% bigger than the printer, my other printer is an HP combo that is about the size of the stand itself. My desktop configuration is my laptop must set in front of and to the right of the stand, and when the laptop is open my screen is almost in the way of the printer paper exit, not the fault of the stand just some information. I plan on getting a bigger work space which will fix my small problem with logistics. I would recommend this stand. I only gave it four stars because I really think it is too expensive, however it is the only thing I found on the market that was worth buying.
