Update: The seller did everything right and refunded the money so although the product didn't suit me I changed my rating because of their customer service which is good and the communication was spot on. Thanks again for your help. I'll leave the other part of my review to others so they know in the future... to be honest it could just be a faulty collar! I wanted to like it. The design is very cute but it was too heavy for my cat and also didn't hold the clasp so she easily slipped out. Should have sent it back when I realized the clasp wouldn't stay where you put it but I wanted to try it on and lost money that way.
