Easy to install, adds texture but is not distracting, stops louder pencil "popping", doesn't interfere with interaction or drawing! Line up the protective film before peeling off layer #1 so you have an idea of how much room you want on the sides. They give you a dust removal sticker and some guide stickers. With the guide stickers, layer #1 can be completely removed and then held to position the tread without actually touching the sticky side of the tread! Hooray, no ugly fingerprints! Lay them on side #2 with a little (about 1/3) hanging down so you can hold them in place. If you're imagining the protector to be a watch, I placed mine at 3, 6 (direct left of the thumb scanner) and 10. I was able to easily align the protector before final placement.
