Until recently we didn't know anything about blue light and its damage to eyes when using a computer or mobile phone. I've found that these glasses really work by removing any glare from the screen and helping my eyes relax when I've been working on the computer for a while. My only problem was getting the right strength; 3.0 or 3.5? I'm somewhere in the middle to get the right definition with blur. I chose and ordered 3.0. The glasses fit well and definitely reduce glare, but you'll need to sit closer to the computer to get the best clarity. This is the tricky part, sitting the right distance between you and the computer, usually somewhere between 16 and 18 inches. I have to sit closer, otherwise they won't give me absolute clarity. the same at different prices. Have to go shopping. These glasses are well made, have a yellow amber tint and come in a nice zipped hard case with cleaning cloth. Would definitely recommend but durability is not ideal for the price, only use occasionally at home when I need to use a computer for online seminars.
