I mean, wow, life just got a little easier for me! I can set a time to turn off what I always forget to turn off. I can also schedule devices and lights around the house to turn on and off. I sincerely wish I had this many years ago and could save a little money for things I keep forgetting to turn off when I'm not at home. ) didn't work on this device so I had to use the second option that the guide says and it worked great. (I can't use wifi but was able to use the 'hotspot' option) so maybe try both before you give up and give a bad review. Once when I was using a heavy device that overheated and shut itself off automatically, I panicked and thought I was broken. I waited to cool down, then pressed the side button and it started working, thank goodness! because i can't live without it now lol but seriously i love this device and i plan to buy some more for my siblings for their birthday next year :) i haven't had any problems with the app or with the device lately as soon as i do i will update. I've had it for about two months so far. Works with my Alexa device (Echo 2018 version). I can land commands like "good night", turn off lights, put devices to sleep, etc. and will definitely check how well it works when I'm not in the US. The packaging was fine and the delivery was fast.
