Waste of time for dogs

This collar weighs the same as my dog so is very uncomfortable for him. He is a chihuahua so I have one took the small one literally using the chihuahua as a size example and it's too big and heavy I was expecting that from a cheaper product but $26 is just silly.

Fits 16" - 23" neck and 1.5" width.
