As everyone says, excellent fixture. My 70-inch, 100-pound TV sits securely on my wall, away from my kids' destructive hands. My only issue is that you really have to turn the levers to keep the TV from tipping down. The first morning after installation I found that it was tilted towards the ground. The fact that you can slide it out of the wall really helps when it comes to connecting the cables once it's installed. I won't have any problems next year when it's time to upgrade the cables or hook up something else to the TV
