The bolt that attaches the plate frame to the hitch adapter is too small and can't handle the manual torque to adjust and I don't lift 300 pounds bro. The plate frame started to loosen after a few months of riding and I used my hand to slide the frame down myself and the bolt broke clean. And because the screw is so small that normal taps cannot pull it out of the hitch adapter. The better versions, like the one on my E46 M3, use the same size bolts as the hitch adapter and can handle a simple hand torque without breaking. 0/10 will not buy again.
