So, first off, I LOVE LEOPARD PRINT! Ok, now that's out of my system, back to this boot review, this is the second pair of leopard pattern shoes I've ordered from Daily Shoes, both in the same size, 6, I usually wear a 5 1/2 to 6 depending on maker & style. One of my feet, like most people's, slightly larger, but I've had no issues with this brand fitting just right! Daily Shoes 6 is a perfect fit for me so far, from two completely different styles; this boot & also a ballet slipper style with elastic ankle strap.I just received these today, sent ebay Prime fast, & tried them on right away, so I haven't worn them out of the house yet, but they'll get light wear anyhow. I have a hard time walking, due to back injuries, so I either don't walk much & use a cane when out, or just use a wheelchair for longer outings. I didn't need a super strong pair of boots, just wanted another dress option, besides my other boots, which are mostly black.They fit me great, over a pair of standard thickness cotton socks, at first one felt a bit looser, but I tightened the laces & now, perfection! The black zippers, which are on the inner facing sides of the boots & open up the boot to allow the foot to get easily in & out, work great. I tried the gold zippers, which are on the outsides of the boots (yes, each boot has a zipper pocket!) before I put on the boots & they seemed stiff & stubborn, but worked just fine one I put the boots on. The pockets seem big enough to easily put in at least a few debit/credit cards, a key or two & even a tube of lip balm. The boots are very comfortable & offer a bit of ankle support once the laces are tightened. They have standard hiking/combat boot style tread as well.They look adorable on & will be fantastic with leggings & boot toppers or jeans, even with the right skirt. I'm not a big fan of the shiny gold zippers so I may do something to change/camouflage/dull the color, but other than that, so far, they're wonderful. I can't wait for the right weather to wear them!
