I bought a 16GB version of this flash drive. This seems to work well for smaller files, but stops entirely for larger files (like gigabytes, which isn't even that much considering video content). I tried writing a file on it and it turned out to be around 90MB/s write speed, which far exceeded my expectations considering it was the same level of performance as my Sandisk Extreme per hat. However, by the end of the recording it crawls at a crawl and eventually freezes completely, leaving me no choice but to rip it out of my computer to regain control of my file manager. I *can* not copy large files to it, making it utterly useless to me. I really doubt it's a defective unit but considering it's cheap I doubt it. Really disappointing considering I *thought* it was a lot, but not too big to be true.
