This humidifier was accurate with humidity and moderate. However, the UV light didn't work out of the box. Unfortunately, on the second day of use, it started leaking uncontrollably from two small holes on the back of the device! It quickly became clear that this had nothing to do with the water level, as the system was only half full! When I tried to replace the device I was told it had to be returned and redeemed. Just not worth the effort, especially after the water mess I was left with. I will be grateful to Revain, the first time I had to return an item they made the process very easy, professional and timely. Thank you!
