I have this next to my bed. You can really see steam. Helps to breathe better and is ideal for dry skin. Update - after less than a day of use, the humidifier stopped working. Try to purify it and also use purified water. Nothing helped. However, I contacted customer service via email. Update 2 - The support is REALLY great! If it doesn't work or you have problems, they will refund your money or send you a new one. They work with you! They care about their customers and it shows. I will order from this company again.
