do you really need it
Okay, we eat about 20+ citrus fruits a week so we thought this would be a good buy. Stick an orange out from under my nails. It's actually a plastic knife. It opens the skin to a depth suitable for normal sized citrus fruits. But you come across citrus fruits that have thicker or thinner flesh, and here you still dig deeper with your fingers, or you cut the flesh and the juice flows out. I use it but in hindsight I wouldn't buy it and just use a serrated knife to measure depth.
