Deodorant stick Aluminum case broken off

I've been loyal to the Dove brand since the early 2000's. I had high hopes and faith in the brand so I bought replacement heads: I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed with this product. About two and a half weeks after using Dove's reusable deodorant, it just broke. I wanted it to work so badly. I've tried pushing it back and googling for similar issues. I have found nothing. That's why I'm leaving this review. Dove I love your brand and your products, but I think this particular item has been underrated and underrated. Please make it better ❤️🕊
