I have loved this bag since the day I received it. I added a medium felt organizer insert and it's perfect. I traded it in for a Coach bag I've had for about a week and came back because this one is just better. I don't use the shoulder strap often, but when I have one, it sits perfectly on my lower leg. I'm 5ft 2in and over. It can tip over in the passenger seat, but that happens to a lot of bags and it only happens when I hit the brakes. I have the black and blue it's so elegant and classy. I went back to get one in brown or pink to match a more neutral fall look. Got it.
