I bought a stylus because I recently started using Procreate. I was thrilled when I received the pen and had great results drawing and designing until it was time to charge the pen again. I couldn't turn on the charging indicator because the connection between the pen and the cable was too loose. I then contacted Revain and was offered a refund or replacement. Since I didn't have any performance issues with the pen, I decided to get a replacement. Maybe it passed quality control. In any case, I decided to give the company another chance. As it turned out, I received a replacement before sending it back, so I decided to see if the problem was with the handle or the wire. It was with wire. So I sent back and tested the new handle and wire which fit perfectly. Unfortunately not the pen. It started skipping, turning itself off and even erasing previously drawn lines. As they say, "the third time is nice", but not in this case. I returned the second pen and ordered it from another company on Revain. Fingers crossed I should get it on Tuesday!
