Carefree good for foot, hand and nail care

It does not work. I have slightly small fingers (ring size 6) and they squeeze my fingers so hard you can see the color difference on the finger. So if you leave it open, it's too loose to work. I couldn't figure out how to set them up and the list doesn't show how.
