Works as expected
Works as expected. I used this to adapt a SO-239 J-pole antenna to 75 ohm coax with F connectors. My application was for weather radio, so an F to RCA adapter at the end of the cable completed the line. I know the impedance was technically wrong, but it was a quick run on a receiving radio and it worked great. At first I was a bit concerned that this adapter is smooth all around and I couldn't fit the F-connector onto the adapter. However, once I installed the adapter onto the SO-239 socket, the "teeth" on the PL-259 side of this adapter dug into the notches on the socket, allowing me to secure the whole thing.
