, I think the specified cool down time is grossly exaggerated, but overall it's a worthy alternative to the standard "Kuzi". The bottle is refrigerated (except for storing in the fridge or cooler) but I'm deducting a star because it doesn't stay cold as long as advertised. Don't get me wrong this is an amazing product and I use it when I need a larger bottle that needs to be kept cold outside but didn't expect it to perform as advertised. It works, and it works fantastically, but not as much as they pump it up.
