DEFECTIVE AFTER 4 USES, NO MESSAGE RETURNED FROM CHEMICAL GUYS

This mitten was used a total of 4 times, was worn out and falling apart. When I contacted Amazon, they suggested I write to the pharmacies, which I did. You never answered. Because I wanted to respond to this COVID-19 pandemic I have given them more than enough time, so much that now I cannot return it since I bought it on April 5th and it is now the end of June. I guess since I haven't bought enough of their products my purchase doesn't matter. Luckily I didn't use anything that damaged my car.
