We bought this charger because our family loves to hike and we've been in some sticky situations in the past where we needed our phones and couldn't charge them. This product is not a piece of junk that will let you down after 1-2 uses. It's durable and built to last. I am very impressed with the quality of this product. Clearly made from materials that won't fall apart or break. Very well built. Can't wait to take this with me on a hike. This is an extra safety measure for my family in case we need to charge our phone in an emergency. Also, we've had storms lately and when the power goes out we can't charge. Now we can!Very happy with this purchase.I haven't used it in an emergency yet, but I've tried it at home. I calculated how long it took to charge and in just 4 minutes and 20 seconds my iPhone was over 10% charged. Power of course! I had to put in some effort to turn the crankshaft, but it wasn't that difficult. Changed hands a few times within 4 minutes of starting. It took me a few minutes to figure out the best place to mount the charger (uses a table) but now that I know how to mount it on a hard surface for stability it will be a lot easier in the future ( it has everything you need to protect it). This is money well spent and I would give this product a five plus.
