We bought this product because of the good rating. We paid extra to have it the next day. Upon arrival, the item was obviously open. The box was sealed with tape, the humidifier wasn't wrapped in plastic, and the cord was simply thrown between items. There was also no product information or user manual. The humidifier didn't work properly from the moment we tried to use it. The power button just flashed red. A quick google search revealed this must not have indicated water. With a bit of fiddling, I was able to get the device working for a short time by manipulating the float. I couldn't let it run more than 2-3 minutes without shutting down. I would not recommend this product in part because Revain sold me what I can assume was a returned product that did not work. And in large part because the price of the product is the same as other manufacturers I've had good luck with in the past.
