It worked for an hour then left. It now picks up fairly well from my desktop computer over Wi-Fi, buzzing as the printer strip efficiently moves across the paper. but the ink does not settle on the paper. thing should be. I called HP.oh but wait you can't call HP. There is no support phone number anywhere. Not on the box, not on the accompanying papers, not on the pretty colorful screen, not on the page asking for help. HP DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER, no matter how. Even the Department of Motor Vehicles is easier to use than HP! If HP (once a great company) goes down this path, they will go down this path without my $$$$.
