Big disappointment - go with Ricoh or Brother.

I have been a fan of HP printers for many years. I've had several and have always recommended them. I even liked their photo software. On the other hand, this printer is a piece of junk. It's all set up with automatic updates and everything, it's fully up to date. Every time I go to print it freezes on a weird blue screen, I have to turn off the power to restart it to get it to work is working. Now I'm trying to print Christmas cards on HP 4x6 photo paper and it worked fine, now it asks me to…

Cons
  • New competitors are here

TL;DR: Overall this is a solid printer. It's easy to set up, the print quality is good (if nothing special) and the available features are numerous and fairly user-friendly. My only concerns are the photo tray slides too loosely, no rear paper guide, slow print speeds, and low yield from the tri-color cartridges. ------ I've been using HP Photosmart printers at home for a while. So when my C6280 failed after 10 years, I had no problems with another HP. What I needed most was a printer connected

ASK FOR HELP FROM HP. YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTHING

It worked for an hour then left. It now picks up fairly well from my desktop computer over Wi-Fi, buzzing as the printer strip efficiently moves across the paper. but the ink does not settle on the paper. thing should be. I called HP.oh but wait you can't call HP. There is no support phone number anywhere. Not on the box, not on the accompanying papers, not on the pretty colorful screen, not on the page asking for help. HP DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER, no matter how. Even the Department

I couldn't even take it out of the packaging.

The printing house received and is still very disappointed with this junk. I started the setup and installed the printer cartridges, but got the error message "Do not use installation cartridges". The? This is what was sent to me in the box for use with the printer. I contacted support and was asked to take 40 minutes to troubleshoot. I read on the Internet in the support center that the only way to solve the problem is to buy new cartridges. Send in 5-7 days. I could get new ones through…

Printer has started well, support needs a new name

I received this printer and I like it very much. It was a pretty quick and easy install and the printing was great. Instant Ink was something new, so I signed up for it and got plenty of free time to try it. Perfect! Until about a week later when he became a brick. Touchscreen blue window of death with a pixelated image of the power button - didn't work. The power button blinks - does not work. All other lights blink - which didn't work. Unplugged, plugged back in - worked for a while, then…

So far, so good! Best in Office Electronics

So, I'm a hesitant buyer and like to do my homework for a major purchase like this, so it took me many hours to choose a printer. After reading reviews and recommendations for the best all-in-one printers, my choice fell on the HP Envy! And so far I'm VERY impressed! It came already assembled, all I had to do was add paper and ink! Once you were comfortably seated and ready to spend a few minutes setting it up, it was all done in minutes! I was amazed at how easy it was to get started! The…

Stay away.: Printer

We have an HP 6975 printer and it works great. When my mother-in-law needed a printer, we bought her this 7855. She had problems with it. He arrived at her home about a week before our holiday visit. It was a horror show. Operator error is usually why brand new things don't work, but I have some experience with printers and have been patient but never been able to get this to work. Software removed and reinstalled. Started over with numbers. The first problem was a phantom paper jam. There is…
