Review on HP Wireless Printing Replenishment K7R96A by Jerome Pernell

The printing house received and is still very disappointed with this junk. I started the setup and installed the printer cartridges, but got the error message "Do not use installation cartridges". The? This is what was sent to me in the box for use with the printer. I contacted support and was asked to take 40 minutes to troubleshoot. I read on the Internet in the support center that the only way to solve the problem is to buy new cartridges. Send in 5-7 days. I could get new ones through Amazon faster than they ship them. I am angry that I bought a more expensive printer thinking we would be successful. I was wrong. I cannot recommend this printer due to the complexity of the initial setup. I work in IT and usually have no problem with these things. I can't imagine anyone unfamiliar with software trying to do this.
