Review on 🍷 Rustic Industrial Style Wine Storage Shelf: Baxton Studio Swanson, Antique Metal & Distressed Wood, Mobile Bar Organizer in Black by Patty Martin

I ordered this without reading the reviews but have since gone back and seen what some people have to say. I don't understand those who say it's worth it, it's not, it shouldn't have cost more than, say, $40, and that's gracious. It looks somewhat decent, but it's very poor quality. For some reason the bolts are welded to the frame and to assemble it all you have to do is unscrew the nuts - the problem is that we have two bolts that aren't threaded properly so the nuts just sit on the end. If the screws weren't welded on I could at least buy new ones to fix it, but alas. The frame was also bent in a few places and you can see that it doesn't fit properly as a result. There are gaps between the frame and the shelves (see photo) and some of the shelves fit slightly askew. I didn't think twice and used credit card points to pay for it so I can't refund it for full value so I'll try. It would also be a gigantic paint job to take a piece and trade it in, especially when I doubt I'll get a better paint quality. It holds quite a bit of weight but as others have said the shelves just sit on top of the frame so it's unstable (would be more if all the screws worked). You can also see how small the distances between the shelves are. Because the screws are welded to the frame, you cannot select a shelf. So if you want to store something big, you have to use the top shelf. go to your local chain store and buy something for $30-$40 if you want the same quality. If you want something of decent quality then shop around and maybe spend a little more.
