The last time this happened, the charging contacts of the case and the earpiece are clean, they fit snugly, but the earphone does not charge (exactly the right one), there were no such problems with the left one. 2.​ ​ ​ ​ ​ When placed in the case, the earphones did not always go into sleep mode, which caused the charging of the case and earbuds to run out for a day. It was very frustrating to deal with this from time to time. 3. Headphone microphones. At home, when talking through them, the interlocutor heard extraneous noises and, in general, the voice sounded muffled.
