Review on 🎧 Male Headphone by Jesse Gray

I rarely write reviews unless someone disappoints me or goes above and beyond. I've had this iPod for about 10 months and have used it 3 times a week. iPod hasn't turned on lately. Underwater Audio not only replaced it with ease, but offered to ship a replacement before the defective iPod even arrived. I reported the problem to them on Thursday afternoon and received a replacement on Saturday. I expect what they sell will work well and it does. What I don't expect from customer service is so far exceeded. FYI, this is the third time I have contacted Underwater Audio. They helped fix headphone issues and iPod stuck in pause mode. They always responded very quickly (within a couple of hours) and made sure I was satisfied. Great, great company.
