Review on TriMin Systems by Ted Slaughter

I like that we are able to communicate with our customers in real time. It is easy for me to send out quotes, track orders etc. There isn't anything really about this software that I dislike at this point. The support team has been great! They have helped us solve any issues or questions that we may have had. This has definitely made it easier for my department as they can see all of the information right from within the system itself. We were looking for an e-commerce solution that would help keep track of sales and shipping without having multiple spreadsheets open. Being able to do everything from one screen makes things so much more efficient! Our inventory levels are always accurate which allows us to make sure there aren't any low stock situations.
