So. I don't really know if they work or not but I keep buying them. My goal is for the enzymes to gradually open the sewers back to normal. The problem is that I always forget to change them. I use them in the bathroom, both sinks and kitchen sinks. I've never had standing water or clogged drains from what I've read in other reviews. I notice that the bathroom sinks smell less the day after using the wand. I'll start using them weekly and see if that helps. Unfortunately, my house is very old, as are the plumbing. Nonetheless. They help with odors and I hope so with proper regular use. The drain in the bathtub will always work better
