OE quality or better. The materials used are of very good quality. Perfectly matched grey. Looks and feels better than the original visor on my Camry Hybrid 08. All you need is a plastic tool to pry open the plastic cover. Do not remove the plastic cover. Remove just enough to release the metal clips. Then carefully pull out the old visor. After you pull out the old visor, there may be metal clips on it. Using pliers, remove the old metal clips from the old visor. Make sure they don't fall on the roof. This item comes with its own metal clips. To install the new visor, unclip the small plastic cover to release the metal clips before inserting into the roof. Once inserted into the roof, press the small plastic cap to lock the clips. The screws are not involved. Much luck. What follows is a sense of achievement.
