He will fit! in steering wheels and accessories

For everyone who said it doesn't fit. I have a 2007 HHR with a 15.25" handlebar. The specs speak for themselves right there. Fits 14.5" to 15.5" handlebars. it's not easy to tighten. I had to pry A LOT with a shoehorn .but it went on.tight and strong.It MUST be tight.Awesome in the hands.Matches my color scheme in my car.Now I will be buying for my wife.hope this helps
