Update: I'm revoking my 5 star rating now. The mouse eats batteries like crazy. I often had to change batteries. Now it's in my attic. If anyone wants it for free send me the shipping cost. I can't change my stars so they still show as 5 stars. Well folks, this device costs as much money (keyboard + mouse) as it costs to buy a Logitech wireless mouse. I replaced my optical mouse and keyboard that came with my HP desktop computer with this device. The wireless keyboard runs on 2 AA batteries and the mouse runs on 2 AAA batteries. They have an auto power off feature so they won't turn on when your computer is idle. You don't have to worry about forgetting to turn them off and running out of batteries overnight. If you haven't used your computer for a long time, your mouse and keyboard will stop responding when they go to sleep. So instead of moving the mouse, you have to click it once before it wakes up again. The keyboard turns back on when you press any key. This is a branded keyboard and mouse at a very good price and it works well. I'm happy with that. For best results, keep the keyboard within two meters of the USB base. Enjoy!
