KEEN water sandals are much more durable than regular water boots. These are ordinary sneakers for all purposes and tasks. They are beautifully crafted with a chunky rubber sole that covers the toe, a durable fabric upper and a durable velcro closure. The shoes fit my 4 year old son well in a size 11. They move well and give him good traction. He puts them on and takes them off with no problem. I washed them in the front loading washing machine on the gentle cycle and air dried them. They came out great. In general. cool sneakers.
