Pretty good definitely cold
I bought these for my plantar faciitius. They definitely get cold. I wish they had a little more contour. They don't fit exactly at the edge of my heel. I actually use both packs on the same foot bc I can't get the pack up on the painful part of the heel. The do stay on, they get real cold, they wrap really easy. They are really convenient. I would buy again. But If I will also continue to look for something better.
