I purchased this because I have plantar fasciitis and wanted a cold pack that delivered ice directly to my arch and heel area. This is almost perfect for that. The thin ice pack is Velcro'd in the wrap and is removable. It freezes quickly in about 1 hour or a little more. I just remove the pack from the freezer and adhere it to the wrap and then close. Bought these for pain in my feet from jogging but the rough unflexing nature of the ice pack caused mored discomfort than it helped when trying to wrap it around the side of the foot to isolate the area causing me pain (other sofer ice packs did not)Overall its a decent product for flat areas and stays cold for about 5-10 minutes which is generally the recommended time for icing an area.The velcro is also lacking in adjustability when it comes to wrapping as the velco only runs for around an…

I needed this item for my foot and it is pliable and holds the coldness for quite a while.The strap is just right for the arm and foot.

I bought these for my plantar faciitius. They definitely get cold. I wish they had a little more contour. They don't fit exactly at the edge of my heel. I actually use both packs on the same foot bc I can't get the pack up on the painful part of the heel. The do stay on, they get real cold, they wrap really easy. They are really convenient. I would buy again. But If I will also continue to look for something better.

I cannot get this ice pack to freeze. I have to assume it’s not made to freeze like a cold water bottle, but I wish it did. I mean I had it in the freezer part of the refrigerator, and then I tried the deep freezer. It just didn’t freeze or become cold enough. It lasted less then 4 minutes if feeling cold, that was it!

I LIKE THAT IT IS SMALL AND CAN USE IN A WIDE VARIETY OF AREAS BUT IT DOESNT STAY COLD FOR LONG. ONLY DOWNFALL. That's my feedback.

I had looked high and low for cold wraps, but so hard to find! Came across these, and ordered a set. They work great in relieving my foot pain, and so easy to use! Just hoping the Velcro holds up for long term use.

So much easier that the frozen juice container for icing my feet. They stay put and give great comfort to my aching feet. Would definitely recommend

This is a nice design and stays put, and stays cold quite a while, but I have to put a paper towel across the gel area because it is so cold.

Many uses! I have nerve damage in my left arm, and the pain radiates down to my hand to my pinky and ring finger. I have been trying numerous different products to help alleviate my pain. This products does not remove the pain 100% but it certainly minimizes it considerably, when I wrap my hand with the Therapy Wrap. I have not tried the product hot, yet I have only used it cold. I place the blue pouch in the freezer until I am ready to use it. They freeze well and have help up very well. Great

I have a sore on the bottom of my foot which feels much better when iced. This is perfect for that. Wrap it and relax. It only lasts for 20-30 minutes but that's enough to reduce the swelling. I have 3 of them so I always have one ready to use.

Works Well, takes up very little space in the freezer. Compact & Simple.Seems to only stay cold about 15 minutes is my only "con”. My solution is to order two and rotate the ice packs possiblyOverall pretty happy with the simple design but wish it walked stay cold for at least 30 minutes

These are easy to use. I use them for the swelling in my feet. The podiatrist said to ice the tops of my feet around the ankle. I have been able to do just that with ease using this product. I can ice the tops or the bottoms of my feet/ankles while I kick back in the recliner. There is no drippy mess and you don't have to hold it because of the velcro. I was able to use these twice before one of the ice packs popped. Not sure if it was due to user error of having the band too tight, but it made a mess and I’m a bit disappointed. It worked well while it worked though!I’ll be looking into other ice packs I can purchase and use the straps with.

I put the gel packs in the freezer this morning. My feet 👣 literally need to be iced 3 times a day or more.Wow ! These gel packs are super cold. I had to put on socks then wrap the BALLS OF MY FEET 👣So far it feels great 👍🏼Thank you !

I bought this to help with my inflammation of plantar fascia on my foot. The wrap works just fine, however caution would be given to those with very small feet. I have normal arches and this fits fine but the velcro only covers a small square (my suggestion to the manufacturer would be to expand the velcro area so its more adjustable to sizes smaller and larger.) so I can tell if you needed this to be tighter around your arch, some people might find it a bit big (for other parts of the body it…

This is a very effective product. I had already spent $80 on two different kinds of "booties” that were advertised for plantar fasciitis pain, but those were a great disappointment. These NatraCure wraps are SO AWESOME that I just ordered a pair of their foot cooling socks. I highly recommend this product. Comfortable and easy to use!
