These are easy to use. I use them for the swelling in my feet. The podiatrist said to ice the tops of my feet around the ankle. I have been able to do just that with ease using this product. I can ice the tops or the bottoms of my feet/ankles while I kick back in the recliner. There is no drippy mess and you don't have to hold it because of the velcro. The coldness outlasts me every time. When finished I put them in a gallon-sized ziplock bag and store them in the freezer. Following my doctor's instructions, I ice my feet at night and I have been waking up with happier feet. I love this product and highly recommend it if you need to ice your feet and I'd say it could work for wrists as well.
