Many uses! I have nerve damage in my left arm, and the pain radiates down to my hand to my pinky and ring finger. I have been trying numerous different products to help alleviate my pain. This products does not remove the pain 100% but it certainly minimizes it considerably, when I wrap my hand with the Therapy Wrap. I have not tried the product hot, yet I have only used it cold. I place the blue pouch in the freezer until I am ready to use it. They freeze well and have help up very well. Great quality in other words! Additionally, I saw an article about a new method of helping with restless leg syndrome, where they had a device that wrapped around your foot, similar to what is shown in the picture for the NatraCure Cold/Hot Therapy Wrap. Curious by nature I had to try, I own two of these wraps so I wrapped both feet and wore them for about 30 minutes. I don't have restless leg syndrome so I can't attest to that, but I can attest to the fact that it actually felt good and my son, who has Down Syndrome got a kick out of me walking around with strange things on my feet.
