Love it on my foot: my feedback

I have a sore on the bottom of my foot which feels much better when iced. This is perfect for that. Wrap it and relax. It only lasts for 20-30 minutes but that's enough to reduce the swelling. I have 3 of them so I always have one ready to use.

Pros

I have a neuroma and this isn’t going to heal it but it does help with the pain.

Cons

Cold pack does not stay cold for very long, 10 minutes at most. Used on ball of foot.
