Love it on my foot: my feedback
I have a sore on the bottom of my foot which feels much better when iced. This is perfect for that. Wrap it and relax. It only lasts for 20-30 minutes but that's enough to reduce the swelling. I have 3 of them so I always have one ready to use.
- I have a neuroma and this isn’t going to heal it but it does help with the pain.
- Cold pack does not stay cold for very long, 10 minutes at most. Used on ball of foot.
