Bought an extension cord. Good price good range. Passed the process, it didn't accept our internet. I called Revain customer service, they ran the typical checks on me (which I had already done). Then I contacted the company's support team, they offered to send me a video or a tutorial, I explained to them that the instructions are very user friendly, they just don't work. They walked me through the process and acknowledged the issues, they said they would take me to a higher level agent. This happened and the agent gave me a list of things to do if that still didn't work. They said they would try to stream to my system. I tried the things that didn't work right away, I asked to transfer them to my system and the reply was "Since you didn't reply, we're closing your application, if you want to reopen the application please ." So instead of continuing this hassle, I just buy myself a cheaper and better extension cord from Target and send the thing back. I'm sure this extension has worked for some people, but let me tell you that it's not worth the opportunity for poor quality and poor customer service.
