I liked this console organizer. Something like an insulating mug, you have to choose one side and you can really only use one cup holder or the other. I was fine with that, my wife loves to drink with her wherever we go and I always bump my elbow when using the stock cup holders, which are poorly placed in the center armrest. This organizer should offer a sensible solution to this annoyance. As advertised, when installed, the two spring buttons prevent the console lid from closing completely to leave the mini cup holders open without showing the other junk I wanted to keep the rest of the tray. After I had everything set up we went for a ride and. Almost every time I accelerated the car (and I'm NOT a speed demon), the console lid pushed past the spring buttons and tried to close. to make drinking a little more difficult. But as soon as the cup was taken out, the console lid closed and. no coaster. You must open the console lid at least halfway each time you drink to place the cup back in the holder. A bit disappointing because contrary to the reviews I've seen for similar console organizers, this one fits snugly in the console opening. and doesn't move at all. Unfortunately I'm returning it with some disappointment and looking for a better cup holder solution.
