In the last year or so I've lost a lot of weight (70 lbs) and found my pants fell off. I have never worn a belt as I was uncomfortable sitting on the buckle. But with all that weight loss and still not a lot of money to buy new pants (yet), I went shopping to buy a belt so my larger but still in great shape pants would last a little longer. This belt is PERFECT for my needs. I'm still a big girl and this belt has enough room to shrink or grow. I LOVE that there isn't a buckle to dig into my stomach when sitting under my shirt or looking bulky.
