(UPDATED) Left Mouse Button Sticky and Loud

Timed and fun to try. I plugged it in, it worked no problems, but the left mouse button is stuck and makes a creaking noise with each press. Unfortunately I had to return the money. UPDATE After I contacted costomer support, they responded quickly and sent me a new mouse for free. The new mouse is everything I wanted. Great feel, smooth glide and all features exceed my expectations. Thanks again Red Dragon!
