This item is a big disappointment. Yes it works, but if you decide to change something later, good luck. The mobile app sucks. It doesn't reset to default settings, there's no user manual or support. Simply spend the extra money on a Lorex or FLIR system. You will not regret it. A year later and I want to smash this thing with a hammer.
