I need tulle I need ribbons I need multiple colors in both. When I stumbled across it, there was only one other set of ribbons in my shopping cart. There are not only spools of tulle and ribbons, but also headbands and elastics. I pack OCC shoeboxes and use ribbon to make shakers with chenille stems, bells and ribbons.
