Review on Braun 92S Cutter Replacement Compatible by Carolina Tavarez

This was my third head including the original. The only difference I found was that this new and improved version broke sooner than the first two. It failed in the same way: the two center knives came loose and fell out. According to other reviews, this is a common problem. Some users have sent the defective head to Braun upon request. Brown is aware of this issue but has no interest in fixing it. Customers think they have no choice but to keep buying heads as they will not give up an expensive razor. My solution: I continue to use the razor without the two middle blades. Since the middle blades are only for picking up long hairs, I shave carefully without leaving long hairs and shave as good as ever. I'll be damned if I keep giving money to a company as cynical as Brown. If the razor itself finally fails, I will buy another brand. No more brown. They used to be well designed and very reliable, but the head assembly on this model is overly complex and poorly designed.
