Ordered TWICE with the same issue!
Ordered the maribel one over a week ago and came in broken, the strap adjusters are made of plastic & it was cracked. Returned for a replacement and the replacement came with the SAME damage! So disappointing. Will be returning for a full refund this time. On the other hand I ordered the Isabella one and has no issues as the adjustments are made of METAL! I don’t know why this one isn’t too. So disappointing
