Sometimes if there are too many items at once they can be difficult to navigate through, or find what you're looking for. The benefit of this product has been its ability to organize your email into various folders which makes finding things much easier! It also allows people who may not have as good organization skills to still utilize these features without fear of losing important information because some emails were misconstrued as junk mail.
